Here at LESSEAU, we take the utmost care to deliver orders as quickly as possible. The product(s) ordered from our webshop will be delivered by one of our partners, and can be tracked using the Track and Trace code which you will receive by email. Should we be unable to deliver an order, for whatever reason, then we will contact you as quickly as possible. The item prices stated on our webshop do not include shipping costs.
Please keep in mind that shipping may take longer than usual during sale events and public holidays.
Shipping costs will be stated with your order, and are determined by the size and weight of the order. We will try to deliver orders through the letterbox where possible.
Our orders are delivered by a courier service. Delivery will usually take 3 to 7 working days from the time of placing the order. Unfortunately, we are not able to determine the exact moment which the delivery will take place. Most of our products will fit through the letter box, meaning that you don’t need to be at home at the time of delivery. You’ll receive an email containing a Track and Trace code once we’ve handed your order over to the courier.
You have the right to cancel or return your order up to 14 days after receiving it. Should you wish to cancel it, we will require you to clearly state your reason for doing so. Since we’re trying to lower the amount of transportation we use, we’d like to request that you only return products if you have a good reason for doing so. Products must be in undamaged packaging in order to qualify for returns. You will be refunded the full cost of your order, including the original shipping costs. The delivery cost of returning products to our webshop, however, must be covered by the customer. Please consult your courier’s website for the exact delivery cost of returning an item to us. We will transfer the original cost of your order within 14 days of receiving a return, as long as the product(s) in question are in acceptable condition. Please note that products purchased online cannot be returned in-store.
Products which have been damaged, or whose packaging has been damaged more than is necessary to test the product, cannot be returned and refunded. Please handle products with care, and ensure that the packaging remains as intact as possible before returning.
- Print out the returns form, and fill it in as much as possible.
- Cut the slip off the bottom of the form and put it the returns form inside the parcel.
- Send the parcel to the address below, using the address label on the returns form:

Once we’ve received your return, we’ll process it as quickly as possible. We’ll send you a confirmation email once it’s been processed. Please be aware that we do not compensate delivery costs when it comes to returns, and that we are not responsible for return items getting lost in transit.
