Refund policy
Shipping
Orders placed on weekdays before 3:00 PM are shipped the same day, so you’ll receive your order quickly. Shipping costs are automatically calculated in your shopping cart and are free for orders over €40 within the Netherlands. Shipments are handled by reliable partners such as DHL, PostNL, and DPD. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace code to follow your package.
We aim to send as many orders as possible via letterbox mail, so you don’t need to be home to receive them. However, some of our products are too large for the letterbox. We reserve the right to combine a letterbox parcel and a standard parcel into one shipment.
If you accidentally entered the wrong delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update your order before it’s shipped.
Returns
Please return your products in clean, proper packaging, including the (copy of the) packing slip. Preferably use the original shipping box.
All items must be unused with labels intact. For products that are damaged, show signs of use, or lack a packing slip, we reserve the right to refuse the return or deduct compensation for damages.
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

We do not offer free returns. You may choose any courier to send back your item(s). While we understand the benefits of free returns, excessive shipping has a negative environmental impact, and we prefer to minimize this whenever possible.

Processing
We process returns within 21 business days from the day your package is delivered to us. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated, which typically appears in your account within 1–3 business days. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Refunds are issued using the same payment method selected at checkout.
We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
Damage and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Legal 14-day reflection period (EU)
In addition to the above, if your order was shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As mentioned earlier, your item must be in its original condition — unused, with all labels, and in its original packaging — and you must include proof of purchase.
