Scope

These terms apply to all offers and distance sales between Lesseau and consumers (private individuals). We'll provide these terms before you order and confirm your order details electronically.

The Offer

All offers are clear, with full product details and images that accurately represent what's offered. Obvious errors don't bind us. You'll know your rights and obligations upfront, including pricing (incl. VAT) and free shipping over €40 in the Netherlands.

The Contract

Your order is confirmed when we receive and verify your acceptance. We'll email confirmation immediately. We ensure secure payment processing and deliver within 30 days (or sooner). If delayed, we'll notify you within 30 days, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

You have 14 days from delivery to return products for any reason—no explanation needed. For multiple items or partial deliveries, the period starts with the last item.

How to return:

  • Notify us via email (info@lesseausoap.com) within 14 days.

  • Send back unused items in original packaging with labels and packing slip.

  • Use your own courier (return shipping is at your cost).

We'll refund everything (including standard delivery) within 14 days of receiving your return, using your original payment method. Extra delivery costs aren't refunded.

Exceptions to Returns

No returns for: hygiene-sealed products (once opened), personalized items, perishables, or sealed software/media (once opened).

Delivery & Risk

We ship reliably via DHL, PostNL, or DPD—often letterbox-friendly. Risk of loss/damage passes to you on delivery. Expect orders before 4 PM on weekdays shipped same day.

Payment & Pricing

Pay within 14 days of order confirmation. Prices are fixed during the offer period (except VAT changes). Late payments may incur legal interest after 14 days' notice.

Complaints

Email us at info@lesseausoap.com with details. We'll respond within 14 days. Give us 4 weeks to resolve before escalating.

Governing Law

Dutch law applies. For disputes, contact us first—we aim to settle amicably.
