Shipping policy
Orders placed on working days before 3:00 PM are shipped the same day, so you’ll receive your order quickly. Shipping costs are automatically calculated in your shopping cart and are free for orders over €40 within the Netherlands. Shipments are handled by reliable partners such as DHL, PostNL, and DPD. After your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a track & trace code to follow your package.
We’ll make sure your order arrives at your home as quickly as possible. Delivery charges vary by country:
- Netherlands: free delivery on orders of €40 or more · otherwise €4.95 · dispatched within 1–2 working days
- Belgium: free delivery on orders of €50 or more · otherwise €7.95 · dispatched within 1–2 working days
- Germany: free delivery on orders of €50 or more · otherwise €7.95 · dispatched within 1–2 working days
- EU (AT, DK, FR, IT, PL, PT, ES, SE): free delivery on orders of €60 or more · otherwise €12.95 · dispatched within 1–2 working days

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a track & trace link so you can easily track your parcel.
We aim to send as many orders as possible via letterbox mail, so you don’t need to be home to receive them. However, some of our products are not suitable for letterbox delivery. We reserve the right to combine a letterbox parcel and a standard parcel into one shipment via the parcel service.
